Hello everybody
Today I want to share a very simple breakfast recipe, a oat porridge, of course from my beloved brand Rude Health. It is an unconventional breakfast for Italians, as we are used to have cappuccino with croissant or biscuits, or maybe – the healthiest ones – cereals with milk.
So far my experience with porridge is quite good..I love to wake up and, especially in winter, having something warm.
You can top your porridge bowl with whatever you like, fruits, seeds, nuts… here I will show you my preferred way to have it.
Ingredients:
40 gr of Oats (I love the Rude Health ones)
1 cup of almond milk
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
The powder of 2 capsules of Acai Berry Organic Burst
For the topping:
1 ripe banana
A handful of Gojj Berries
The fuits that you love more (io personally love blueberries and raspberries)
Method:
Put in a pot the oats, the chia seeds and the Acai Berry powder. Add the almond milk and stir slowly. Leave on low heat for 5 minutes till you get the consistency you prefer. If it is too thick, add milk.
Serve in a bowl and top it with banana slices, and Goji Berries. Enjoy when it is still warm!
