When I am away during the weekend and I can’t cook what I want, my lunch consists often in avocado, a delicious fruit with so many beneficial properties and an incredibly rich texture. I love it spread on toast or on rice cakes, with a bit of lemon juice and pumpkin seeds. It's also great as a condiment for pasta, rice or salads!
