Hello everyone! Today I share with you a new salty recipe that I love, every time I eat this I feel so satisfy! The recipe is for vegetable hamburger. I love this dish because the main ingredient is chickpeas which I adore! Chickpeas are a type of vegetable rich in nutrients especially protein, for this reason they are perfect for people that don’t eat meat or fish.
Ingredient for 2 big hamburgers:
150 gr of boiled chickpeas
100 gr of mushrooms
100 gr of spinach
Pepper
A big handful of parsley
Seeds
A slice of lemon
Method:
To prepare the chickpeas, boil them for 50 minutes/ 1 hour till they are soft. Once they are soft, mashed them with the juice of a slice of lemon and some pepper with a mixer.
Cook in a pan with a bit of olive oil the spinach and the mushrooms. Add them to the mashed chickpeas and stir all together. Add parsley, a big handful of seeds (the ones you prefer) and pepper to taste. Now you can mash a bit all the ingredient together with an immersion mixer, but just a little bit, you should leave some big pieces of mushrooms.
Now you can create with your hands 2 big compact hamburgers. cook them over high heat in a pan with a bit of olive oil for 15 minutes.
