One of my favored breakfast is a big bowl of oat cereals (from Rude Health ) with almond milk and a lot of fruits. Here the very simple recipe.
One of my favored breakfast is a big bowl of oat cereals (from Rude Health ) with almond milk and a lot of fruits. Here the very simple recipe.
Ingredients:
30 g of Rude Health Honey Puffed Oats
3 tablespoon of whole wheat flour (optional)
1 tablespoon of Goji Berries
1 capsule of Acai berry
Rude Health Almond Milk
1 banana
1 Kiwi
Other fruits that you love
Method:
Put the Oats cereals in a bowl and add the whole wheat flour. (I like to add a bit of whole wheat because it creates a creamy consistency with almond milk, which I love!)
Top it with banana and kiwi slices, with the Goji Berries and with the powder of 1 capsule of Acai Berry.
Pour with almond milk and enjoy!!
