Hello nice people! This evening I experimented a new recipe and I am so proud about the result!!
I had sprouts in my fridge and I didn’t know how to cook them..I don’t love them boiled..I wanted something different, more yummy. So I decided to cook them in the oven together with something sweet like apples to contrast their strong taste. The result was amazing..I love this new dish and I can’t wait to make it another time!

Ingredients for 1 portion:
80 gr of quinoa
20 sprouts
Half diced apple
An handful of pomegranate seeds
Basil
Pepper and olive oil
Pumpkin seeds
Method:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Cook the quinoa in boiling water.
Slice the spouts in half and put them in a bowl together with the decide apple. Toss with olive oil and season with pepper. Transfer the sprouts and the apples in a oven dish and roast for 15-20 minutes until they become brown and soft.
Mix in a bowl the sprouts with the apples with the quinoa and add the pomegranate seeds. Season with more pepper and oil and top with fresh basil and an handful of pumpkin seeds.
Serve warm and enjoy!
