Hello everybody, this is a very nice and fresh recipe for raw healthy biscuits. It is very fast as it is not requiring any baking! This biscuits remind me spring! I don’t know why, probably because the flavor is sweet and the jam is fresh and colorful!
Ingredients:
For the dough:
200g (raw) ground oats
15 dates
4 dried figs
4 tbsp water
Half teaspoon of cinnamon
Few drops of vanilla essence
For the jam:
100g raspberries (you can also use frozen raspberries)
4 dates
Method:
For the base: put all the ingredients in a blender and mix them till you obtaing an even dough. Add water if the dough is too dry. Spread your dough with a rolling pin. Cut cookies, spread again the leftover dough ect.. until the dough is all used.
For the jam: blend the raspberries and the dates in a blender. That’s it!
Now put couple of teaspoon of jam on the cookies and store in the fridge. They can be stored up to 4 days!
