Today I present you a very easy recipe ideal for breakfast and also for healthy snack. This bars are essentially made by oats which is a very powerful ingredient with a lot of health benefits documented in hundreds of studies; just to mention few of them, oat lower bad cholesterol, it helps control the blood pressure, it improves immune system defenses.

The other ingredient that I used in this bars is almond butter. I discover it some months ago but I decided to try it only recently and I understood that this food is very dangerous as it might cause addiction! I am crazy for it, I love it and I would eat it every moment. The best thing is that it is healthy as it is made only with almond. Just one ingredient for such a delicious food.
So if you join together the carbs of the oat with the proteins and fats of almond butter you will obtain a balanced, healthy breakfast which will boost your day.
Ingredient for 15/20 bars:
220 gr of oat
2 ripe bananas
3 tablespoons of almond butter
5 chopped dates
3 tablespoons of coconut powder
3 teaspoons of cacao nibs
A handful of raisins
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
Method:
Pre heat the oven at 180m degrees.
Mash the bananas together with the almond butter till you obtain a cream. mix the cream with the oats and stir. Add all the other ingredients and stir well.
Place the mixture in an oven dish and cook for 20/25 minutes. Drizzle with almond butter, leave to cool and cut in squares. Enjoy!!
