Ingredients for about 8 meatballs:
50 grams of cooked lentils
1 medium boiled potato
1 boiled carrot
Flaxseed
Chickpea flour
Basil
Pepper
Method:
Mix the lentils with the mixer until obtaining a homogeneous mixture. In a bowl combine the lentils with the boiled potato mashed with a fork, mixing well. Add the grated carrot, flax seed, a big handful of shredded basil and pepper. Mix everything well. Create your meatballs and put them in chickpea flour before placing on baking sheet.
Bake at 180 degrees for about 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!
