Today i want to share a very simple recipe with only 3 ingredients. Since I am vegan I love to make with my hands everything I eat, it gives me a lot of satisfaction!
This is an example, very easy and fast but still super good and versatile. You can eat this slices of bread with a soup (this is what I do, with my pumpkin soup), or you can eat them with cheese and ham if you are not vegan.

Ingredients for 3 slices:
70 gr of whole spelt flour ( you can use whatever type of flour, I tried also with the kamut one)
A big handful of pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds
Water
Method:
In a bowl mix the flour with a bit of warm water. The process is the same to make the pizza dough, adding water while kneading till you obtain a compact and soft dough. Add the seeds and knead again.
Roll out the dough in a 3 small round shape. Spread a bit of olive oil in a pan and place your dough inside. Cook for few minutes on high flame. When it starts to be a little bit burned on one side, turn it on the other size for other few minutes. Enjoy with your warm dishes!
