Goodmorning everyone
The weekend continues to be sunny and bright here in Holland. It seems that the sky is tired of constantly snorting rain and cold wind and decided to take a break, allowing all a bit of warmth and the possibility of drying clothes on the balcony J.
Today I am a bit excited and nervous, I do not know exactly why, maybe it's because tomorrow I have to leave for a business trip and this always makes me a bit nervous. I don’t like stray away from home without my boyfriends, I feel there is something missing and incomplete in what I do. Because of the trip, I decided to prepare some tasty snacks to bring with me and to eat during my trip in case of necessity.

These granola bars are the ideal snack to maintain high the energy level and the concentration. They are easy to prepare, tasty and very healthy.
Ingredients for about 15 bars:

150 gr of oats
50 gr of pumpkin seeds
50 gr of sunflower seeds
100 gr of raisins
50 gr of flaxseed
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
3 tablespoons ground cinnamon
25 gr of almonds
25 gr of coarsely chopped walnuts
Method:
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
First you put the figs (or the dates) in a saucepan with a glass of water and cook over low heat for about 10 minutes until the figs are soft well. Once soft blend them together with chia seeds and cinnamon until you obtain a creamy consistency. If necessary add water.
Meanwhile put in a bowl all the other ingredients and mix together. Add the figs cream to dry ingredients and stir until everything is coated and sticky.
Pour your granola on a baking dish lined with backing paper, and press it down firmly so that is well compacted and smooth on the top.
Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. After 2o0 minutes remove from the oven and cut into bars and then put them back in the oven and finish cooking. Enjoy!
