Hello everyone! Here I am with a new recipe, completely invented and super good! I am so proud of this new recipe because it is so delicious, so good and completely healthy. No sugar in this babes, only natural ingredient that together create a so nice taste!
The secret of this recipe is the usage of beans in the dough. Boiled beans don’t add any flavor to the dough but they contribute to create a soft texture to the biscuits. They are also very rich in nutrients especially protein and it increase the healthy power of this cookies…you can eat how many you want because they are so good for your body!
It is very easy to make this recipe and the result is amazing Try out this week end!
Ingredients for 15/18 cookies:
50 gr cashews
50 gr hazelnuts
100 gr white Spanish bean
10/12 dated
80 gr coconut powder
40 gr oatmeal
A big handful of cranberries
Method:
Put all the ingredients except cranberries in a mixer and blend everything till you create a dough
Remove it from the blender and knead. You should obtain a compact and elastic dough.
Add the cranberries and knead again to spread all the fruits in the dough.
Create small cookies and place them in a hoven dish. Cook at 180 degrees for 20 min till the surface become darker. Enjoy!
