Good morning everyone!
I am realizing that I am becoming more and more expert in sweets! The reason behind it I think is the fact that I always struggled to find a sane relation with sweets in my life. I love them but I know that normal sweet are unhealthy and no good for the diet and for the fitness…so I always faced this tension.

I love them but I know that normal sweet are unhealthy and no good for the diet and for the fitness…so I always faced this tension.
Now is different as the sweets that I make, are natural, healthy and good for my body. No butter, no eggs, no milk…only natural ingredients. You can eat them, having the sensation of eating a normal sweet but without feeling guilty.
This morning I was lazy in my big bed, reading a book and it started thinking which recipe to invent with one ingredient that I had at home and I never used: dry coconut. I love coconut and it is extremely beneficial for our body. It contains a lot of Vitamin B (B1, B2, B3, B5, B6) C and E and a lot of fibers. It also contains a lot of potassium which is super good for people doing sport as it help to reintegrate the mineral salts and to guarantee the functionality of our muscles.
So i tried to combine few ingredients and here is the result. For me and aslo for my boyfriend these biscuits are the best I have created since now. I hope you will like them!
Ingredients for 15-20 biscuits:
80 gr of whole flour
50 gr of dry coconut powder
80 gr of almonds
3 tablespoons of maple syrup
15 dates
1 teaspoon of chia seeds or linseeds
Method:
Pre heat the oven at 180 degrees. Put the seeds in a cup with 2 tablespoons of hot water and leave them there for few minutes.
Put in the food processor all the ingredients and blend for few minutes. Only at the end add the seeds with the hot water and blend again for few minutes.
Remove the mixture from the blender and knead it for a while till you create a compact mixture.
Create small ovals with the mixture and cover them with a bit of coconut powder.
Place them in a oven dish and cook for 20 minutes at 180 degrees. Enjoy!!
