Hi all, in these days my body is craving chocolate and something sweet so I decided to try something very easy but still very tasty. I am still recovering a little bit from last week sick and my body is craving energy…or better chocolate. Yesterday I made my afternoon snack with some of this blisses and a hot chocolate…so good! And everything is made with 100% natural ingredients, completely healthy!
So here a very easy recipe which use a lot of good ingredients like nuts, coconuts and cacao powder. The combination of this flavors is so good that you don’t need to put sweeteners, but of course if you prefer them sweeter you can add to the recipe one or 2 tablespoons of syrup.
Ingredients for 15/20 balls:
50 gr of cashews
50 gr of almonds
2 tablespoons of shredded coconuts
10-12 dates
2 tablespoons of cacao powder
1 teaspoon of cacao nibs (optional)
Method:
Mix all the ingredients in the mixer till you obtain a dough. Remove the dough from the blender and knead a bit adding a bit of water if the dough is too dry. Create small balls with your hands and roll them in some more shredded coconuts or cacao. Place in the fridge one hour and then you can enjoy them!
